Hello, good day, salutations, fins to the left, right, and so on!

I have created this e-mai list to let my good friends know about the CD, TropiGal, plus upcoming events and appearances. I hope you will enjoy any e-mails I send, and I promise to keep them sparse. Just like you, my e-mail inbox is hard to control!

I'm traveling to Binghamton, NY to the Mad Moose to see the Calypso Nuts and have a visit with the good folks up there. Let me know if you want to ride along! We need to start back early the next day and it's a four-hour trip from here! I will be hitting the Starbucks all the way.

Later in the month, Feb. 25th, is the Midwinter Tropical Day at Moon Dancer Winery, Wrightsville, PA to support Relay for Life. It's from 11-6 and features music by Randy Z, Mike Mangum and myself. It's only $5 to get in and there will be a pig roast, sangria specials and lots of fun things to do while you're supporting a great cause. This event was created by the Hanover Parrot Head Society.

As for the CD, we are looking at early April for sure, in time for Spring PHling in Wildwood. See the attachment. This is a great time and I hope you can make it.

I am having drink coozies made now plus other "TropiGal" items. I will have t-shirts in time for Spring PHling and maybe some other items.

Hello Friends,

We just returned from an amazing few days on our boat anchored near the Marquesas Keys. This was Anderson's first voyage on the boat and he very quickly became a boat dog. He is growing up so fast and takes every new experience in stride. It is interesting to watch him grow and I have to admit it is a little bittersweet. I realize he is making the transition from a furry little puppy to an adolescent dog. It is happening so very fast. But each new era of his growth brings enjoyment as we watch him discover his new world.

We have a lot of fun stuff coming up and I will send out a more detailed email later but wanted to let you know what is coming up this week.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Christmas Eve, 2011. Tonight, while the kiddies and grand children are all tracking the big man in the red suit, is a great time to rush around and do all that gift wrapping that you've put off for several weeks. In the wee hours, when Christmas has officially arrived, kick back, enjoy the olde Yule Log (whatever that is in you house), and have a "Margie" with plenty of tropical trimmings. Tune in to "The Shore" and wait for Santa to appear under your tree with all the gifts and goodies. Be careful, after several of those tasty mixed-up concoctions, not to stomp the Christmas out of all those presents! No sense of getting off to a bad start with the wife first thing Christmas morning.

An Evening With Club Trini

     December 17th, 2011, was a brisk Saturday night in Reading, PA. The weather was cold but the Trop Rock was hot! The Club Trini show at the Miller Center in downtown Reading, warmed hearts and bodies. Opening act Jimmy and the Parrots, a regional favorite, got the crowd excited, as usual. Then, Club Trini, Michael Utley and Robert Greenidge, and their accompanying musicians, took the stage to bring things to a boil. Twenty minutes or so into their show, the incomparable Nadirah Shakoor took the stage. That's when the thermometer blew it's top. From then on, Nadirah owned the stage and the crowd. A lost reviewer in orchestra seating, could feel the love emanating from Ms Shakoor, and being returned in pure form, by the crowd. The electricity between performer and audience was palpable.
     The curves Ms Shakoor threw at Club Trini by taking requests from the crowd and asking the band to play unrehearsed songs, was an unusual delight. In this reviewer's opinion, Nadirah Shakoor is arguably the best female vocalist of any genre'. A more personal entertainment experience is unlikely to be found anywhere other than when she is on stage in an intimate venue like the Miller Center.
   The evening is presented annually for the benefit of the Berks County Crime Alert. From the filled theater, and the large crowd at the "After Party" (at Viva, a downtown restaurant), I believe that the Berks County Parrot Head Club can thank the loyal Parrot Heads in their area for making their big night a huge success.

Everybody has heard the story about Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. Robert May wrote the poem. His brother-in-law, Johnny Marks, wrote the song. It all evolved from a story that was handed down from generation to generation, that originated nearly 2,000 years ago in a very cold part of the world.

You may doubt what I'm about to tell you. That's all right. The point is, that I know what I know, and I may or may not be crazy. Listen to my story, and judge for yourself.

With time, all stories become vastly different from when they were first told. Usually, the truth gets lost. Lines spoken and left unrecorded can become completely changed in context and meaning from what was actually said. Such is the true story of Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.

The century was numbered in the higher end of the single digits, so it was a long time back. Novgorad, that was before it was called St Petersburg, was a thriving city in a cold little land we now know as Russia. The winter that year was especially cold and brutal. In fact, it looked as though there would be no Christmas in Novgorad that year because of the inclement weather. It was just too cold for Santa to fly.

Though all the children were sad, they couldn't cry. If they cried, their tears would freeze on their faces and eventually build up in layers, until they were encased in a giant ice cube. Then, they could no longer go to school, or do their household chores. It was truly a hard winter in Novgorad, and the prospect of there being no visit from Father Christmas was very real. Of course in Russia he was known as Ded Moroz. It means the same thing as Santa Claus and he has the same red suit and long white beard.

Enough history! On with the story.

So, with it so cold and a strong likelihood of there being no Christmas presents in their near future, the dry eyed Novgorad children just stood shivering in their cold little houses looking pathetic. It was no different in the household of Rudolph and Natasha Ivanov and their 5 children. Natasha was brewing up hot drinks and baking delicious wood fire cookies, trying to cheer up the Ivanov brood. It wasn't working.

You can't quell the heartbreak of having no Santa with a snack of tepid gruel and flat bread.

The science of meteorology was in it's infancy in the ninth century. Alright, you got me. Nobody had a clue about meteorology. It was pre-discovered at that point. Most everybody just looked outside and said, “yep, it's snowing.” Or maybe it wouldn't be snowing, so they'd say, “nope, it's not snowing,” However, A young Novgoradian named Rudolph, took a more critical view of the situation.

Rudy (his buds down at the local drinking establishment called him Rudy) was red haired and optimistic. Every day, he would look outside and see what the weather was like. Then he'd write it down in his journal. After 9 years of note taking, Rudy thought he could see a pattern. Mainly, he realized that if it was Winter, it was probably going to be cold and possibly snowy. He also noted that if it wasn't all that cold, even if it was Winter, it might rain instead of snow. He could guess, most of the time, that if it was getting warmer outside in the evening, it might rain overnight. This led the quick minded Rudy to think he could predict what the weather was going to be tomorrow, by what it was like today.

December 24^th. We'll use that date because nobody seems sure when they actually celebrated Christmas way back then. Anyway, Rudy went outside on Christmas Eve, and predicted that Ded Moroz would be making his run as scheduled. He was the only person in Novgorad who thought Ded Moroz as going to make it. Nobody in town believed Rudy Ivanov. Soon, the word was all over Novgorad that Rudy the weatherman had gone completely off his nut.

“He's coming, Natasha,” Rudy said. “It'll be warm enough for his sleigh to fly.”

“No way!” said Natasha.

“Way,” said Rudy.

“No way,” his good neighbor Boris, said.

“Way,” said Rudolph. “You'll see. It's going to be warmer. In fact, it's going to rain. He'll be wearing a red slicker, but Ded Moroz will come tonight.”

Boris just rubbed his neck, shook his head, and walked back into his house. “That Rudy's as crazy as a no legged cat with a flea in it's ear,” he mumbled.

In the morning, when the good people of Novgorad looked out their windows, they were amazed. Unbelievably, there was rain dripping from their eves, and very familiar sleigh tracks in their snowy yards.

The children cried tears of joy. Really. They didn't even freeze on their faces! In the living room of every little house in Novgorad, there stood a fresh, gaily decorated tree. Every tree was surrounded by piles of presents. Every Novgoradian child had a very “Happy Christmas”, after all.

Amazed but joyful, Natasha ran to Rudy and threw her arms around his neck. “Rudy, I don't know how this happened. How could you have ever kept up such optimism? It's been below zero for the last eight weeks. What made you think you could predict warmer weather for Christmas Eve?”

“Well, Natasha,” Rudy grinned. “After all these years with me, you should know that Rudolph the Red knows rain, dear.”

Sunday, September 25th, the Mad Moose House of BBQ in Binghamton, is hosting 5 (five) Trop Rock acts in one afternoon of musical tropical paradise. "The Shore" will be well represented by JimmyPirate's acoustic set, and he'll be on hand to schmooze and talk about Pirate Dreams and www.wnyshoreradio.com. Dani Hoy, the vivacious lady Trocker from York, PA will present original music from her upcoming CD. Outer Reef's David Shoudy, Mike Cadden, Dos Guys, and Bobby Heath from the Susquehanna Rum Runners will all be on hand to make your summer last a little longer, and entertain your flip flops off. Bring a donation of goods or cash for the Salvation Army's disaster relief fund, or The Humane Society. Your donations are tax deductible, and representatives of the charities will be there to write the receipt.

This week in Key West they will be celebrating the 1st annual "Captain Tony Days" Wednesday through Sunday. There is a look alike contest with one of the judges being none other than Ernest Hemingways Great Granddaughter.

There will be story telling contests, frolick and a street fair on Saturday.
Marty, Captain Tony's widow has notified me that my song, "Goodbye to Captain Tony" off of the Beach Bar Serenade CD will be blasting from their street fair booth and, as she said, all through Key West. This August festivities coincides with his birthday and will become an annual event.

Note that coming up next Monday, August 15 at Bostwick Lake Inn, will be our last trip to Grand Rapids for some time. Please come out and say goodbye to Summer.

Sunday, August 21st will be our last stop to Dockers in Muskegon. Always sad to say goodbye to the Sunday/Monday summer get togethers.

This Friday evening the Pirates of the Susquehanna, PHC will be having their monthly Phlocking from 7:00 PM until ???? at Casey's Restaurant and Bar, Upper Front St., Binghamton, NY. The party will be on Casey's fabulous deck, and

the public is invited to join the Pirates for this totally purposeless party.

The POTS, PHC is presenting the music of Mike Cadden. Mike's acoustic show is a crowd pleasing adventure into the worlds of Trop Rock and rockin' Country music that will make you beg for more.

Casey's is offering $1.00 off any Cheesburger in Paradise you order, and it comes with fries and all the trimmings. Normally it's $3.50, but only $2.50 for the Phlocking.      There may be some Trop Rock fans who still don't know about the Margarita M.A.F.I.A. or what it's all about. An interesting name which evokes visions of a bunch of shadowy characters sitting in the corner of a darkened bistro sucking down 'margies' by the boatload. A comedic image, for sure, but as far from reality as imaginable.
     M.A.F.I.A. is an acronym for Musicians, Artists, Fans In Alliance. If you're reading this page, you fit into at least one and possibly all of these categories.
     Listening to this radio station and viewing this website, shows that you have at least some interest in Trop Rock music. Maybe it's just curiosity on your part, but I'm speaking to those who feel a little more involvement than that.
     July, now 1/3 over, is the month designated by the Margarita M.A.F.I.A. as the month that Trop Rock artists and songs are to be nominated to compete in the 18 categories that they recognize each year.
     Only members of the organization are allowed to nominate artists, songs, CDs, etc., for awards. Only artists who are members of the M.A.F.I.A. can be nominated. In July, member artists and their work, receiving the top 5 nominations in each category are elegible for the awards. Then, the top 5 nominees in each category are voted upon by the members, and the winners in the 18 categories are decided. The awards are announced at MOTM in Key West in November.
     It boils down to this: If you are not a Margarita M.A.F.I.A. member you cannot be nominated or nominate. If you are not a member, there's still time to become one and support your favorite artist, even if it's you. The big news from the Southern Tier of NY and the POTS, is the upcoming Trop Rock festival coming to Binghamton, NY in July 2012. The festival is still in the planning stages, but a date and venue have been set. We are moving forward and will have specific information available in the very near future. There will be plenty of volunteer opportunities, and the POTS aim to make this the most phun trop rock phestival you've ever tasted. Yep, it's gonna be delicious..... Jimmy Buffett is collaborating with game developer THQ on a free-to-play online social game, due this year on Facebook and Apple iPad, stocked with attractions custom-built for Buffett's Parrothead following.

If FarmVille can attract more than 45 million virtual online farmers, Jimmy Buffett is betting he can serve up more than a few frozen concoctions in his Margaritaville Online.

"You can build a boat (and) you can build a bar. You gotta evade the pirates. You can have adventures," Buffett says. "You can go to Margaritaville."

Like other online games, Margaritaville Online will let players earn virtual currency to buy in-game booty and spend real money to customize their game more quickly. Buffett hopes to incorporate a feature that lets players parlay virtual goods into rewards at Margaritaville restaurants. "If you buy virtual cheeseburgers and margaritas to send to friends, that should earn you a real burger or beer at a restaurant," he says.

Online social games became "the next new, new thing," Buffett says, but he waited "for the right time to come along and somebody who knows about (Margaritaville) and is a fan and who gets it. That is exactly what happened."

Characters and destinations in Buffett's game are based on his life, songs and books. There's a Captain Tony's Boats and Planes outpost, based on the late former Key West mayor — chronicled in the song Last Mango in Paris— as well as Joe Merchant's Trading Post, a nod to his 1992 book Where is Joe Merchant? "They were fans, and what they put into it was exactly what you would think," Buffett says.

Now on tour, Buffett remains involved in the development. "They come up with storyboards and lines, and I see the process. Then, I do what I do: Buffettizing. When I got the first ones and saw the characters drawn, I got to go to Margaritaville."

Lessons From Old Dogs

Hi Friends,

Ester our Portuguese water dog is 14 ½ years old. She is lying on the couch next to me as I write this and I realize how many lessons an old dog can teach us. She is not as quick as she once was but there is wisdom in her eyes that was not there before. She has taught me how to slow down and relax. No matter how crazy things are around her, Ester travels at the same pace. She just looks up at me as to say "Dad, what's the hurry? Did you see a coconut fell over there? Let's go check it out." She has also taught me how special time is. I have mentioned previously how it is somehow not fair how a dog's life is so much shorter than ours. The seven to one thing just does not make sense. I don't like it at all. But through this journey we get a look at our own life and in some ways it goes by just as fast. It seems like just a blink of an eye when I was a little kid and I am sure years from now I will fondly remember what a great time I had in 2011.

Ester has also taught me to always look at the beauty around me. She always positions herself facing the water before she lies down. On our porch she perches as to see the beautiful bay, outside she generally has her front paws laying into the pool. She does not take for granted for one second where she is and how beautiful it is.

We will have a new puppy someday and I so hope Ester is still around to pass along all of her wisdom to the little one as she has done with me.

Well, I think it's time for Ester and I to go outside and for me to continue my lessons learned.

Everyone have a wonderful week and if you are in the Keys we would love to see you. Below is our schedule for the next couple of weeks.

Mac McAnally Honored by the State of Mississippi

He's won CMA's Musician of the Year award three years running, and now Coral Reefer Mac McAnally's home state of Mississippi has bestowed even more honors on the singer/songwriter:
First during a ceremony in Jackson, and emceed by Marty Stuart, Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour and the Mississippi Arts Commission presented McAnally with the 2011 Governor's Award for Excellence in the Arts. A bronze cast statue designed by artist Bill Dunlap represents the distinction.
The next day, McAnally became only the sixth artist to be recognized with a marker on the Mississippi Country Music Trail. The marker was unveiled at the same city park in Belmont, MS where Mac once played as a child. He joins such music luminaries as Jimmie Rodgers and Marty Stuart.
"This is an amazing honor for me to be acknowledged in such a way by the state I grew up in and was inspired by," McAnally said. "Music is a vital part of life in Mississippi—from the Delta blues to country to Southern rock. It seeps into your very soul. I am proud to have grown up in a state so rich in culture and with such an amazing and deep musical heritage."
Music was a direct path for young Lyman "Mac" McAnally. Born in Red Bay Alabama and raised in Belmont, Mississippi, he was a guitar and piano prodigy performing in clubs at 13, writing songs at 15 and a Muscle Shoals studio mainstay by 18. He scored his own record deal by the age of 17 and was later touring as a member of Jimmy Buffett's Coral Reefer Band, a position he holds to this day. As a songwriter, McAnally has scored numerous #1 hits, including Kenny Chesney's 2009 #1 "Down The Road."

New Stickers!

I mentioned these last month, but figured a picture was worth a bunch of words. In the spirit of those "international" car stickers, I had these made up to indicate where *I* want to be from. They're a bit smaller than the standard size - 4.25"x2.75" - but they still will look good on your car, boat, barstool, or iPad case. They're three for $1on my Website (covers postage), or free when you buy one or more CDs.

I believe that one of the best ways to experience songwriters is at a house concert. These are shows usually done with one or two players on acoustic guitars, performing mostly their original songs and talking about the stories behind the songs. These shows are “intimate concerts’ - up close where you get an inside look at the songs and the artist. Audience ‘sing-a-longs' are encouraged, at least at my shows!!! House concerts are held in backyards, living rooms, banquet rooms, patios, fields - anyplace you can get a group of people together to listen to music. Many people love this type of environment and entertainment, and house concerts have been growing in number every year. If you might be interested in hosting one in your city please contact me and I’ll send you more info on them. If we can get 25-30 people, I can afford to travel almost anyplace in the US.

FYI, if you're in or near the Bay Area - within, oh, two hours' driving - I'm now booking "dinner shows" for friends with smaller houses. It's like a mini-house concert, but you don't need as much space or as many people. If you can invite 5-10 people, I'll join you and your friends for dinner and perform a post-dinner show. It's cheaper than going to the movies, and a good time to see friends you really wanted to see anyway.

Hello Friends,

As I sit on the porch this morning it is a picture perfect day in the Florida Keys. It’s 73 degrees with a light breeze. I love mornings on this porch because of the quiet solitude. Don’t ask me how or why but there is a soothing healing effect sitting by the ocean in the morning. Cyndy, Ester and I had dinner on the dock last night with a fire roaring in the pit. Our sunset last night was breathtaking and we savored every second of it. My favorite part of a sunset isn’t the moment when the tip of the sun becomes obscure into the ocean, but what happens afterwards. The sun has seemingly done its job and has moved onto another part of the planet. However, that is when the real magic occurs. The sky turns brilliant shades of orange and reds and the clouds light up and come alive as if they were operated by some magical control board in the sky. It is truly amazing and no two are the same. Each night brings a brand new show and I don’t want to miss&n bsp;even one of them.

I know our mid 70 temperatures are in sharp contrast to our friends to the north. Our thoughts are with you as you battle yet another blizzard. If we could bottle up some warm tropical air and send it your way, we would do it in a heartbeat. This too will pass so hang in there and have an extra cup of hot chocolate for me.
We had a great time at the Island Grass Roots Music Festival benefiting Habitat for Humanity on Sunday. It was great to see so many friends. A big thanks you to Rick Cleaver and Hulber Gagliardini for donating your time.

2011 Meet Me In The Keys Getaway May 12 through May 15th

Registration officially opens today for this year’s getaway to benefit Care Camp which sends children with Cancer to summer camp. Last year we raised $39,295 for the kids. Saturday, May 14th Day on the water with the Fury Ultimate Adventure. Leaves out 10:00 AM and returns at 4:00 PM. This includes breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack, snorkeling at the reef, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking and free wine and beer. Even if you don’t want to do any of these things, the boat ride is worth it. Also wine and beer after we’re done and heading back to shore. In addition we have a special rate for our folks~ Half price!!!

Saturday, May 14th Howard Livingston and The Mile Marker 24 Band Evening Concert in Key West.
Sunday, May 15th Songs On The Island Concert. We take everyone from Key West to Snipe Point Island on a special boat to enjoy a day on an island and concert by Howard and the band.

Artist's Series mugs in new, low-run glaze

Having been a staple of our product line dating back to 2003, our artist's series mugs "Ono Lono, Kalifornia Ku, Mondo Maori & Monster Marq" designed respectively by Crazy Al, Drew Brophy, Squid & Tiki Diablo are now available in a low-run brown/natural satin glaze combination. These mugs have proven timeless given their practical sizing, imprintable back surface, "core Tiki factor" and their universal appeal. So we decided that since we haven't produced any new glaze versions of these designs for many years, we'd do it up old-school like we did early on with these mugs and offer them up to you in a brand new glaze direction.

Designed back in 2008 by Squid for the "Tiki Hut Party Cove" Restaurant & Bar in Turks & Caicos, we've got the last remaining stash of 75 of these mugs shown above in it's coral glaze (it was also produced in blue). When we were originally approached to do this design, Squid & I kinda scratched our heads and we said, "what does a Samoan Witch Doctor look like?" Well, this is what Squid came up with and we think he's a pretty cool little fellow indeed. What a night!!!!! It will be now be called the "I Can" Award in honor of Troy Allan's incomparable spirit, and in dedication to all of our MAFIA Family members who may battling issues in their own lives, but continue to be a beacon of hope to those around them.

Burr in Paradise

It’s a beautiful day in the Florida Keys although it is a bit chilly. Today’s temperatures are expected only to reach 70°. Now, 70° in the Keys causes folks to wear gloves, hats and an assortment of clothing not normally seen down here. You will see us locals in some crazy get-ups when the temps drop down to 70. You see most of us don’t have matching warm clothes any longer, so we drag out anything that is warm no matter what style, no matter what color as long as it’s warm. I am an example of that sitting on my porch this very moment. However, I wear these mismatched clothes as a badge of honor. Heck, I might even put on a pair of Cyndy’s toe socks.

Flight To The North Pole

We’ve had a lot of fun stuff happening recently. Yesterday was the annual Silverliner’s fantasy flight to the North Pole. Key West airport was transformed into a magical trip for more than 500 little kids. This is my first involvement with this wonderful program and I was truly blown away. Great toys for each child, Santa and Mrs. Claus listening intently to each nervous request plus food, cookies, storytelling, magic, music and a trip to the North Pole. This makes me want to be a kid again, wait a minute I think I still am a kid. Special thanks to Glen Himmaugh from Backstage America for donating and setting up the sound equipment. It was an absolute great day!

Meeting Of The Minds

Well, the annual Meeting Of The Minds was another wonderful success. To all the people who plan and make this happen my hat goes off to you. 3,500 people coming to Key West from all over the country to party with a purpose and raise money for charity. It doesn’t get much better than that.

We had such a wonderful time and it was so great to see all our friends again. We also did some filming for our new TV show on Duval Street during the Margaritaville street party. So, if you were there you might be on national television.

We were honored at the Trop Rock Music Awards this year winning Entertainer Of The Year, Band Of The Year and the Wave Award for community service. The Wave award was especially emotional for me because of all the things that happened this year both good and bad. The wave award was renamed the “I Can” award in honor of one of our fallen Trop Rock troubadours, Troy Allan. Also, we lost Coconut Dave Waugh this year as well. You will be missed but your music will live on forever.

Happy Birthday Ester

Ester, our Portuguese Water Dog turned 14 years old yesterday. I so distinctly remember her first day with me at eight weeks old. She stole my heart then and still has it tightly in her paws today. I did a little math and that is 98 in people years. I so hope I am in Ester’s condition when I’m 98. She still chases her tail and plays like a puppy. However, I must say she has slowed down a little just like her daddy. She sleeps more but there’s nothing wrong with that. She is lying on the porch with me right now looking off at the ocean. She certainly has become an island girl and made this tropical transition without missing a stride. She never liked snow and walked around on it as if she were placed on hot coals. I remember the first time I took her on the boat to an island in the back-country. She was about 10 weeks old and ran and swam until her little legs just would not move any longer. She plopped herself down in the sand and jus t sat there. I had to pick up this tiny furry ball and carry her back to the boat. That was to begin our 14-year ritual. I’m so thankful we’re still counting. Ester celebrated her birthday last night sharing a beer with her sister Abbey. I know that is not good for them but it has become an annual tradition. Heck, she’s 98!

Grand Opening Geiger Key December 5th

We’re excited to be part of the grand opening of the Geiger Key Smokehouse. This place has always been one of my favorite Keys local bars. It’s under new management and we’re having a party. Come hungry, as they will have the barbecue pit roaring. I can’t think of anything I’d rather be doing than hanging out with my friends there. So, if you’re in the area please come by and hang out with us, we would love to see you. We take the stage at 5:00 PM until 8:30 PM.

Well I think I will close for now. Cynderella is awake and it is time for us to share our ritual morning coffee and read the paper by the ocean. Everyone have a wonderful day and I'm sending a special hug for my friend Gwen, everything is going be okay darlin’.

Many of you are familiar with the music of Singer/Songwriter, Troy Allan. He is also a member of the band, Jerry Diaz & Hanna's Reef, and a nominee in the Musician of the Year category at the Trop Rock Music Awards.

Many of you are also aware that Troy has been battling a rare form of cancer over the past few years. The cancer has returned very aggressively, and he is back in the hospital, and will not be joining us in Key West next week.

The following is an email we received from our friend, Connie.

"Our buddy Troy is feeling kinda low. He has fought such a good fight and has worked so hard to have a great and positive outcome with his battle against cancer. Today, we need to share our prayers, our positive thoughts and best wishes that he will overcome this demon. Please ask the Mafia members to help with this effort.

Troy's song "I Can" says it all. His positive attitude has inspired so many in the last few years. I hear that the doctors and nurses at the hospital where he goes for treatment totally adore him and turn out at all his local shows. Today, Troy needs our good vibes and prayers."-- Connie

We hope you will keep him in your thoughts and prayers as we head to Key West this week.
